LP1040T ‘Active Flow’ – Medium Viscosity in Pastille Form (Easy Handling)

LP1040T ”Active Flow” is our Medium Viscosity (15-40cps) Fully Refined HDPE derived wax offered in the form of white Pastilles.

Applications and Benefits include:-

• Processing Aid/Additive for Film Extrusion/Extrusion Blow Moulding/Injection Moulding – Key Benefits include :- Easy to Handle (Dust Free)/Low Viscosity/Good Heat Stability/Highly Compatible with Polyolefin/Improve Flowability & Productivity/ Improve Colour Dispersion/ Reduce Processing Temperature and FDA compliant!
• Hot Melt Adhesive – Customers opt for this grade for a Medium Viscosity requirement. It is easy to handle (Pastilles) and will be ”Dust Free” as its not in powder form.  This grade will help Reduce Viscosity to promote wettability/Adjust Open and Set time/Enhance heat resistance

PVC Compounding (External Lubricant for Rigid PVC)/Masterbatch/Thermoplastic Road Marking (reduce Viscosity of Hydrocarbon based formulations)  /Cable Filling/Rubber Compounding
