CS-52NC

CS-525N

CS-525N is our highest viscosity wax of 1200cps. It can used as surface modifier for paper. It is also suitable for improving abrasion and heat resistance for printing ink.

CS-52N

CS-52N is a Polypropylene Wax of  the Homopolymer type. It has a low viscosity of 180cps. It is suitable for paper applications as a surface modifier. It  improves abrasion and heat resistance in printing ink. It can also be used as a release agent in toners.

WD2110P Powder

WD2110P – Highest Viscosity (1100 cps) and Mol Weight (2975 Mn) of any of our Virgin thermally cracked LDPE wax grades

Properties and Applications include:

• Colour and Black Masterbatch – Dispersion Aid – Can be added to Masterbatch’s to aid pigment dispersion and improve compatibility of Pigments and Fillers. The high Viscosity and Mol Wt will help aid dispersion on highly loaded products. Excellent pigment wettability.

 

• Wax Blending – Compatibilizer and Viscosity Modifier – E.G. Blend with Natural Wax to improve surface hardness and softening Point e.g. Crayons/Candles

 

• PVC Compound – Lubrication and Mould Release – Used as a rubber processing aid/external Lubricant for PVC processing/release agent. Excellent Lubrication

 

• Hot Melt Adhesive – Aids Dispersion and compatibility

WD2040P Powder

WD2040P is a Virgin High Quality LDPE Medium Viscosity (400 cps) thermally cracked polyethylene wax – Very Popular in Masterbatch and Hot Melt Adhesive Applications

WD2020P is the Lowest Viscosity (200 cps) grade of our Virgin thermally cracked LDPE waxes

LP1400T – Fully Refined Pastilles – High Viscosity

LP1400T is a High Viscosity (300-400cps) Fully Refined HDPE derived wax offered in the form of white pastilles (Odorless).  

Applications and Benefits include:-

• PVC Compounding/Filler & Colour Masterbatch/Cable Filling Compound/Thermoplastic Road Marking

Other Applications Include:-

• Hot Melt Adhesive 

 

Main Benefits to note:  Capable of undergoing High Shear/Odorless/No Dust (pastille form)/ FDA approval

LP1022P Fully Refined Powder (Wide Viscosity)

LP1022P is a Wide Viscosity (<=60cps) Fully Refined HDPE derived wax offered in the form of white powder. As the Viscosity is not so controlled it is more economical than other Fully Refined Grades.

Applications and Benefits include:-

• Hot Melt Adhesive – Customers opt for this grade if their process will allow a Wax with a Wider –  less controlled Viscosity Band.

Other Applications Include:-

• PVC Compounding/Colour and Black Masterbatch/Thermoplastic Road Marking/Petroleum Wax Blending/Cable Filling Compound

Features of the Grade are: Low Viscosity/Excellent Heat Resistance and Thermally Stability/High Hardness level/Excellent Chemical resistance/Highly compatible with other waxes/ Excellent Lubrication properties

LP1024P Super Refined Powder Grade

LP1024P is a ”Super Refined”  PE wax derived from an HDPE process in the form of white powder. Consequently it is an extremely clean, Low Viscosity (10-40 cps) pretty hard (Penetration Index <1) Wax that has found admirers in the Hot Melt Adhesive Industry. 

 

Key Benefits recognised in the Hot Melt Adhesive Application include:-

• Very Low Volatiles due to the Double Refining Process
• Low Viscosity which promotes wettability
• Adjust Open and Set time
• Enhanced heat resistance – Best in Class Thermal Resistant grade with higher dropping point and hardness than other PE Waxes

 

• Partial replacement of FT wax (e.g. m-PO base HMA for Packaging applications) for overall cost reduction.
