WD2020P is the Lowest Viscosity (200 cps) grade of our Virgin thermally cracked LDPE waxes

Properties and Applications include:

  • Colour and Black Masterbatch - Dispersion Aid - Can be added to Masterbatch's to aid pigment dispersion and improve compatibility of Pigments and Fillers.  Excellent pigment wettability.
 
  • Wax Blending - Compatibilizer and Viscosity Modifier  - Blend with Natural Wax to improve surface hardness and softening Point e.g. Crayons/Candles
 
  • PVC Compound - Lubrication and Mould Release - Used as a rubber processing aid/external Lubricant for PVC processing/release agent. Excellent Lubrication
 
  • Hot Melt Adhesive - Aids Dispersion and compatibility
 
  • Rubber Compounding

WD2020P is packaged in 20kgs bags and is supplied on shrink-wrapped pallets of 1400kgs each .

EU10/2011 : This product meets the requirement for plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with food as described in Commission Regulation (EU) No 10/2011 and its Amendments Commission Regulation (EU) No 1282/2011, 1183/2012, 202/2014, 174/2015, 1416/2016, 752/2017, 79/2018, 831/2018. Monomers used to manufacture this product  are listed in ‘Union List of Authorised Substances’ Annex I. No monomers, subject to restriction (Specific Migration Limit) are used in the manufacture of this product. There is no additive in this product.

REACH:  Polymers are exempt from REACH registration but Monomers that the Polymer is created from do have to be registered.  The Monomers for this product, Ethylene and  But-1-ene, are registered under REACH.  Please contact us for further information.

WD2040P Powder

WD2040P is a Virgin High Quality LDPE Medium Viscosity (400 cps) thermally cracked polyethylene wax - Very Popular in Masterbatch and Hot Melt Adhesive Applications

WD2110P - Highest Viscosity (1100 cps) and Mol Weight (2975 Mn) of any of our Virgin thermally cracked LDPE wax grades

Properties and Applications include:

  • Colour and Black Masterbatch - Dispersion Aid - Can be added to Masterbatch's to aid pigment dispersion and improve compatibility of Pigments and Fillers. The high Viscosity and Mol Wt will help aid dispersion on highly loaded products. Excellent pigment wettability.
 
  • Wax Blending - Compatibilizer and Viscosity Modifier - E.G. Blend with Natural Wax to improve surface hardness and softening Point e.g. Crayons/Candles
